Customer Support Representative (Fluent in French)

At Gymna International, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Representative who is fluent in French, both spoken and written, to join our dynamic team.

 

Costumer support

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, including both end customers and distributors. Your ability to communicate effectively in French will be crucial for providing exceptional service and support, ensuring a positive experience for our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, including both end customers and distributors, handling inquiries, questions, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage the entire order processing cycle from intake to logistics, including coordinating shipments and transport.
  • Actively contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery and implement initiatives to optimize processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team, providing support for promotional activities, campaigns, and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Provide high-quality customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) in both English and French.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and report on recurring customer issues to help improve products and services.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Knowledge of Business Central is a plus.
