To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for the DACH Region, who will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and communication objectives in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

As a Marketing Coordinator for the DACH Region, you will be responsible for supporting marketing and communication activities within this region. You will act as the main point of contact for distributors, assisting them with trade marketing packages and effective communication. In addition, you will handle customer inquiries by phone, perform administrative tasks, and ensure the quality of German texts. With your communication focus and native knowledge of the German language, you will ensure a professional representation of our brand in the region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support marketing and communication activities for the DACH region, including trade shows and events.
  • Coordinate and implement trade marketing packages for distributors.
  • Communicate with distributors to ensure campaigns and materials are effectively utilized.
  • Handle phone inquiries from end customers and provide support when required.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing documentation.
  • Proofread, edit, and optimize German texts.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers and the online marketer within the marketing communication team to ensure marketing activities align with the brand strategy.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by providing feedback and suggestions from the DACH market to the commercial team.

Who Are You?

  • You have a completed vocational or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience.
  • You have excellent command of the German language (preferably native), both written and spoken. You are also proficient in Dutch and English.
  • You have experience in marketing, communication, or a similar role.
  • You work proactively, accurately, and in a structured manner.
  • You are customer-oriented, communicative, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in organising trade shows or events is a plus.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office and possibly experience with marketing tools such as CRM or content management systems.
  • Proficiency in French is a bonus.
