Therapie Leipzig 2019

Congress "Therapie Leipzig" with certified training for medicine providers and doctors

With more than 3,000 participants from all over Germany, the congress of therapie Leipzig (7th to 9th March 2019) is the largest continuing education event in the industry. The program is aimed at physiotherapists and occupational therapists, speech therapists, doctors and sports therapists and scientists. Scientific symposia on new and proven treatment methods, the live transmission of an OP to the Congress Center Leipzig, interdisciplinary specialist lectures and seminars, workshops with hands-on practical exercises as well as interesting panel discussions on career developments are part of the portfolio.

"The congress of therapy Leipzig has continued to evolve since its first edition in 2001 - both in terms of content and in terms of the number of participants," explains project director Ronald Beyer. "Of course, we want to continue this, so that once again a high-caliber program has emerged that reflects the future of therapeutic care for the benefit of the patient." The participants can expect more than 200 symposia, seminars and practical workshops.

Health policy

What are the requirements for health policy 2019 to 2021? This question is the starting point of therapy Leipzig 2019. For discussion with politicians and associations, Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn is in demand. Joscha Brunssen from the Federal Association of Outpatient Rehabilitation Centers (BamR), Dirk van der Heuvel from the Geriatrics Association, Constanze Schaal from the German Society for Medical Rehabilitation (DEGEMED) and Ute Repschläger, Chief Executive Officer of the German Association for Therapeutic Remedies (SHV) e.V.
